The BYRD® HAC Analog Smoker Oven It was designed for intensive use in small food productions, specialty shops, and artisanal projects that require consistent results. Built entirely in 1.2 mm thick stainless steel, this cabinet combines resistance, thermal efficiency, and ease of cleaning, ensuring reliable performance in every smoking cycle.
Its analog control allows precise temperature adjustment, while the drip pan and humidifier system maintains ideal humidity during the smoking process. Thanks to its detachable design, cleaning and maintenance are simple and fast.
Ideal for smoking bacon, sausages, meats, or fish on a small production scale, the HAC BYRD® offers professional quality in a compact and functional format.
