Byrd 14400 Plus Digital Dehydrator Oven

This model is the largest in the domestic line. It shares the characteristics of its analog model, also providing the possibility of data capture for a better understanding of the dehydration process.

It has an r485 output with a modem to connect to a PC. Through an application we can know the data in real time of what happens inside the oven and store its history.

Designed both for family and learning use as well as for small productions and laboratories.

An example of loading is the case of apples sliced 3 mm thick, cored. With an approximate load of 6 kg of fresh product, 1,000 g of dry product is obtained.
