Byrd BAT 16L Electric Kettle Fryer

The BAT 16L model equipment is designed to respond at high speed to fried or boiled food orders, which makes it an excellent kitchen assistant.

With Italian analogue temperature control and two types of portioning baskets, some for frying and others for boiling (optional), it allows us to manage the times because when loading the baskets it can be done intermittently or fully loaded, without losing temperature. .
