Byrd CA-0 Smoking Chamber

The Byrd CA-0 Smoking Chamber is a professional equipment for smoking and cold treatment of food, ideal for fresh products such as sausages, fish, dehydrated meats (jerky), hams, bondiolas, salted meats, among others.

Designed for cold smoking, drying, dehydration and refrigeration processes, this chamber guarantees superior quality at every stage of treatment.

Manufactured in stainless steel and insulated panels, the CA-0 has a mixed system of smoke generation by means of an aromatic wood combustion boiler and cooling by a CFC condenser.

Its digital panel allows to control temperature, time, humidity and smoke flow, ensuring precision and efficiency in each cycle.

Available for capacities up to 20 carts, it is a robust, versatile and reliable solution for the food industry.
