Byrd HDT-1 Dehydrator Oven

The HDT-X line (the X represents the number of carts) are industrial ovens for large-scale professional production of dehydrated foods.

Versatility begins with the ability to extract the tray carts for loading and stowing with low presence of work personnel.

The ergonomics of its design and functionality adapt to the human and animal food industries.

Its format makes it practical for maintenance and cleaning.

It is manufactured in two versions: gas or electric.

  • Cabinet designed for intensive and heavy industrial use, built in 1.2 mm thick stainless steel.
  • With mechanical metal fittings and tempered viewing glass.
  • Capacity of 20 trays provided with 90 cm x 70 cm in anodized aluminum, silicone, perforated non-stick for better evaporation.
  • Separation between trays: 80 mm.
  • With removable tray trolley.
  • Available storage area: 12.60 m2 + one cart.
  • Digital control. Controls temperature, humidity, time and voltage. It connects to a PC and has telephone and internet output. Collect data and dehydration curves. With line voltage and operating indicator light and start switch.
