Byrd Soft Cheese Cutter
Within the gastronomic line we offer other cheese equipment, in this case the soft cheese cutter.
This accessory consists of a slotted stainless steel base with adjustable legs to stabilize the cut.
It has a rope guillotine composed of a stainless steel arch that tensions a “leader” type steel rope.
