Byrd Zetta-2 Electric Convector Oven

The Zetta-2 convector oven is the largest in the standard line.

It has self-braking grates on its 4 levels with space to accommodate 4 45cm x 70cm trays. It has a vaporizer to generate humidity and thus achieve finish and shine in the dough.

Its air circulation technology allows delicate cooking with total control of the temperature within the hearth.

Ideal for pastry, baking and specialty baking and also for chef's gastronomy use.
