Byrd Raclette Cheese Gratin

For all cheese lovers, and especially all those cheeses that can be melted, it is essential to try Raclette cheese. This cheese, along with fondue, is one of the best known and most used if we want to have a fun dinner with friends.

Raclette means “scratched” and is used to name all those cheeses that are melted to prepare one of the most traditional Swiss dishes.

The advantage of this equipment is that it gratinas without losing the oil of the cheese, achieving a good superficial browning.
